Dow and PIC of Kuwait Launch K-Dow

The Dow Chemical Company (Dow) and Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC), a subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation, have signed a joint venture formation agreement related to the formation of K-Dow Petrochemicals. K-Dow will be the leading global supplier of petrochemicals and plastics. K-Dow began operations earlier this month.
