摘要

On Wednesday, Ruby Pipeline, LLC (CP09-54) cleared a hurdle when FERC denied a stay sought in a petition filed on December 29 by the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe that sought to halt construction of a portion of the Ruby Pipeline project from mileposts 438 to 588 in Nevada. 2010, is an approximately 677-mile, 42-inch diameter pipeline, extending from the Opal Hub in Wyoming, through northern Nevada, and terminating in Malin, Oregon. FERO found "that justice does not require a stay of construction."
