LLC (CP12- 490, RP12-887) and by Kinetica Energy Express, LLC (CP12-489) as they pursue their contested abandonment and certificate authorizations. Indicated Shippers requested that the Commission direct Tennessee and Kinetica to provide further information regarding their applications.
