Columbia Gulf Transmission Co.(RP09-141)and Columbia Gas Transmission,LLC(RP09-142)(the Columbia Pipelines)together disparaged recent motions filed by the Indicated Shippers,the New York State Electric & Gas Corp.(NYSEG)and Sequent Energy Management,LP opposing the Columbia Pipelines'request to withdraw the proposed Rate Schedule SVS(Scheduling Variance Service)and demanding a technical conference.While sympathizing with shippers'frustrations,the pipeline companies answered the protestors'concerns regarding Navigates,saying the Columbia Pipelines'new Electronic Bulletin Board(EBB)has nothing to do with the proposed Rate Schedule SVS."Indeed,the protestors recognize that issues set for technical conference do not relate at all to the merits of Rate Schedule SVS,demonstrating that this proceeding is not the proper forum in which to address the implementation of Navigates."
