Northern Natural Gas Co.(RP09-233)answered a number of protests and comments to revised tariff sheets,effective February 21,that would amend its creditworthiness and capacity release provisions.In its February 13 filing,the pipeline noted that many of these revisions are unopposed,and some parties have withdrawn comments that criticized other revisions,subject to requested clarification by Northern."Given the limited number of remaining issues,and the extensive discussion of such issues in the pleadings,"Northern urged the Commission to accept its filing as modified and take up the"limited number"of issues still in dispute without suspension or a technical conference.
