Bison Pipeline LLC (CP09-161) recently answered comments by Minnesota Energy Resources Corp. (MERC) on its application to build a 302-mile system with capacity of 477 MMcf/d from Wyoming to North Dakota. The route extends northeastward from the Dead Horse region near Gillette across the southeastern corner of Montana into southwestern North Dakota. At that point, in Morton County, Bison would interconnect with Northern Border Pipeline.
