After record-level imports of U.S.liquified natural gas (LNG) earlier in 2007,November's draw dropped to the lowest levels in three years.A report from Pace,a global energy management firm in Fairfax,Virginia,entitled Is LNG a Dream or Reality?,Fourth Quarter 2007,prepared by manager Greg Ballheim,concluded that despite "many factors at work in the intricacies of the global LNG market," the Japanese and European LNG markets especially affected the U.S.LNG market in November.
