FERC Order No. 704-B (RM07-10), issued 12/18/08, essentially preserves the transparency provisions (Section 23) adopted 12/26/07 in a Final Rule (Order No. 704) that amended Part 260 of the Commission's regulations to require that certain natural gas market participants file annually FERC Form No. 552. Form 552 requires respondents to identify themselves and provide summary information about physical natural gas transactions on an annual, calendar-year basis.
