Bridger Pipeline LLC (IS09-193, IS09-194) was cleared by FERC on 5/7/09 to apply new rate tariffs to the pipeline transportation of crude petroleum from Fryburg Station, North Dakota, to Baker Station, Montana, at a rate of 70.000 per barrel (cpb), effective 5/1/09. The tariff filings were made to implement a change in ownership, effective 4/1/09, thus completing the adoption of Burlington Resources Hydrocarbons Inc.'s 10% undivided joint interest in the common carrier pipeline known as the Little Missouri Pipeline. The protest in this case was rejected.
