Technology 'removes 100% of contaminants from wastewater'

UK-based UVPS Environmental Solutions Ltd has developed a product which,it says,removes 100% of contaminants from waste discharges such as produced water from an oil rig or industrial waste waters.The Advanced Water Treatment System (AWTS) is the culmination of research carried out by Professor Peter Robertson at the Robert Gordon University Centre for Research in Energy and the Environment (CREE),based in Aberdeen.
