METAL CONTAMINATION REMOVED USING MAGNETIC TRAPS

An Eriez Model T Magnetic Trap has been installed at Ahlstrom, a developer of fibre based materials (www.eriez.com). The trap is capable of removing ferrous contamination in 150 mm trough 450 mm pipelines. It features a rugged, welded pip and reinforced plate construction that can withstand operational pres- sures of up to 5.3 bar.
