THE annual fisheries forum, Fish Expo Faroes, is scheduled for 27-29 May 2009. The industry-oriented concept - embracing an exhibition, a conference and an exciting cultural event - is set to establish Fish Expo Faroes as a key event, bringing together the movers and shakers from the business. A mere 200 nautical miles north of Scotland, and roughly within the same proximity to Iceland and Norway, the Faroe Islands are practically in the middle of the fishery business. So what else is new?
