Data (1996-98) on vegetable consumption (kg/person) in Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Rumania, Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine and Hungary are presented. Vegetable yields (1999-2000) in Hungary and the Czech Republic are also discussed.
