Codex hygiene panel approves three codes of practice

The Codex Committee on Food Hygiene completed years of work on three codes of practice when the CCFH met early last month in Houston, Texas (see FCN Nov. 20, Page 8). All three documents were advanced for final adoption by the Codex Commission next July. "In general, the United States was very pleased with the outcome of the session," U.S. delegate Robert Buchanan said in his meeting report.
