As Horti Fair prepares to open its doors, the organisers hope that visitors will find it an oasis for knowledge exchange as well as a place to be surprised and inspired. While the hot topics are water and energy, retail concepts take a bigger platformat this year's international exhibition, with some key ideas that will be highlighted. Trendsetting new concepts and inspiring ideas are being set up in the House of Retail which this year takes up the whole of Hall 2. The aim is to surprise retail category managers as well as suppliers wanting to increase their margins.
