Colonial Carton,Clayton,N.C.,has purchased a new Bobst Alpina II 75-A2 folder gluer.This is the third Alpina it has added to its full service folding carton facility in the past two years.In addition to many other productivity-enhancing features,including a Cartonpack GT,Colonial's newest Alpina II is the first in the U.S.configured with the Bobst AccuBraille rotary Braille embossing system."This accurate,high-speed alternative to traditional embossing methods provides Colonial an efficient means to add Braille to virtually any folded carton it produces," according to Bobst.
