The business was founded in 1964 and moved to its current location in Thessaloniki,in northern Greece,in 1967.However,in 1984,with the change of Government in Greece,the business was effectively nationalised and taken into the business Reconstruction Administration.During the government ownership there was little or no investment at the mill and output declined.
