Metso has confirmed that it will supply a coated board machine to International Paper & Sun Cartonboard Co Ltd in China. The value of the order has not been disclosed. The project will include a complete machine from headbox to winders, including stock preparation and approach flow systems, hoods with machine ventilation and coating colour preparation systems. Additionally, the full-scope automation delivery will include process, machine and quality controls, web break monitoring and web inspection as well condition monitoring.International Paper & Sun Cartonboard Co Ltd is a joint venture between International Paper and Sun Paper Group.
