Valmet Completes the Acquisition of GLV to Pulp and Paper Industry

Valmet has recently completed the acquisition of GLV, which has been announced on February 26, 2019. GLV is a global provider of technologies and services to the pulp and paper industry. The enterprise value of the acquisition is approximately EUR113 (USD126.1) million on a cash and debt free basis subject to ordinary post-closing adjustments.
