The Commission of the European Communities, having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community, having regard to Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 Mar 2004 on detergents, and in particular Article 13(1) thereof, has adopted this Regulation on 25 Jun 2009.
