Combination of Inorganic Nano and Micro Fillers in Polymer Composites:Processing/Morphology/Property Relationships

摘要

A study was conducted of a model system consisting of two immiscible polymers(PP and copolyamide(nylon-66,6))and two types of organic fillers,micron-sized(mica,talc,wollastonite)and nano-sized(titanium dioxide).The aim was to examine the way in which compositions and processing parameters influenced the morphology and properties of such a model system.
