MARKET SUMMARY:Sales and/or shipments to Indonesia,Vietnam and Iran recently plus the ongoing tenders in Malaysia could signal the return of buying interest in Asia after a very quiet third quarter.The uncertainties created by the announced change by Belasrukali from exporting through IPC in 2005 to exporting through the joint venture with Uralkali in 2006 are already making each new sale very sensitive.Buyers may be taking advantage of this,judging by reports coming out very quickly in Malaysia of a low bid in one of the Felda tenders.
