Acron begins IPO roadshow

RUSSIAN FERTILIZER group Acron announced on Tuesday it has begun marketing its planned emission of global depositary receipts (GDRs) on the London Stock Exchange to investors. The company is preparing to list around 10% of its share capital on the London bourse via the GDR issue. Each GDR will represent one share in Acron.
