Lion takes majority interest in Encanto

LION ENERGY Corp has announced that, effective December 31, 2009, the company exercised its rights under a July 24, 2009 option agreement with Vancouver-based Encanto Potash Corp, and acquired a 51% interest in and to all properties held by Encanto.
