Atacama appoints new president

ATACAMA MINERALS Corp. has appointed Tim Miller as president and CEO effective December 1, 2009. Miller replaces Edward Posey, who has resigned from the company and as a director in view of his planned retirement. Posey will remain as an advisor to the Company until January 31, 2010.
