Widespread reports November 24 of an imminenttender for urea to close in two or three days could not beconfirmed, and were regarded with some scepticism bymost seasoned observers.IPL is still cited as a favourite to conduct the next ureatender. No date has been fixed for the upcoming session,but an announcement is expected early in December.
