GTIS data show a strong increase in the volume of imported NPs into Turkey during H1, at 175,000 mt compared with a five year average of just 55,000 mt. Russia and China were the two main suppliers with 59,000 mt and 49,000 mt respectively. A further 32,000 mt were imported from Greece and 26,000 mt from Romania.
