As was indicated in earlier July 21 Extra issues, a total of 22 producers and traders submitted offers in the July 21 STC tender for an unspecified quantity of prilled or granular urea in bulk. Firm offers were received for 1-1.175 million mt plus sellers' options for a further 750-970,000 mt. The total quantity on offer of almost 2.15 million mt was thus well above the 1.9 million mt predicted available to STC by FW ahead of the session. In comparison, the June 24 IPL tender attracted firm offers for 840-950,000 mt plus options for a further 545,000 mt.
