The Middle East FOB spot price benchmark for sulphur is expected to decline further before recovering in H2, according to March’s short term forecast (STF). As previously forecast, the Middle Eastern benchmark in February climbed above its January level, with the actual average for the month at $176/mt FOB compared with $172/mt FOB the previous month.
