China: producers continue to hold firm at $460-470/mt FOB for DAP

Chinese producers continue to hold their stance on DAP pricing while MAP prices remain under pressure. Although delivered prices for Chinese DAP into India have softened very slightly with reports of trader sales now falling below $480/mt CFR level, netbacks remain in the $460-470/mt FOB China range. Even the unsubstantiated rumour circulating last week of a sale at $473/mt CFR India could also remain just within that range, if sold direct by a producer. However none of the larger producers have claimed that sale with most flatly denying any such price.
