摘要

Viscose fibre and yarn production processes are multistage,power-and materials-consuming processes.The average consumption of chemicals in kg/kg of viscose fibres is approximately as follows:NaOH 0.55-0.65 H2S040.70-0.85 CS2 0.15-0.18 ZnSO 0.010-0.025 All of these substances should be recycled or rendered harmless to the maximum degree before being emitted into the environment.Methods of recycling and treating viscose fibre plant emissions were proposed many years ago in the literature based on the experience of the AU-Union Research Institute of Polymer Fibres(VNIIPV)and the State Planning Institute for Man-Made Fibre Plants(GIPROIV)[71].Significantly supplemented by the results of VNIIPV's studies with consideration of more current information on treatment of liquid and gas emissions,they are examined in books by A.T.Serkov[3,4]and reviews[71-75].In world practice in updating and building new viscose plants,both old tested and primarily new process solutions in these areas have been offered.The requirements for modern technologies,polluting emissions,and environmental protection have been stiffened under the international standards ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.If these standards are not followed in the design stage,in assembling the equipment and operating the new plant,it can only be developed if the problems of recycling the chemicals and rendering process emissions-wastewaters and exhaust gases-harmless are solved.The technical solutions of the leading research organizations and companies in the world-Lenzing Technik GmbH,Ing.A.Maurer S.A.,etc.,totally satisfy these standards.The current state of the problem of rendering viscose plant emissions harmless will be briefly examined in mis analytical review.
