A calf out of the USA's most talked about cow did the business at Holstein UK's Genetic Elite sale at Bristol Sales Centre taking the top price of 15,000gns. Crystalclear MH Christmas Snow was the first by Snowman to be offered for sale in the UK andthe first descendant to be offered by the great cow Larcrest Crimson. The seven-month-old heifer was consigned by Mark Lee of the Crystalclear prefix and Stuart Wood of Manorhaven. She has a PLI+165 -the highest of any animal in the catalogue ― GTPI2240, PTAT 2.40 and PL4.5.
