Taiwan Cement is purchasing Sichuan Railway Group Cement for US$111 m to expand its presence in China. Taiwan Cement made the purchase through its subsidiary company, TCC International Holdings. Sichuan Railway Group Cement operates a 2Mt/yr capacity cement plant in China.
