The General Accounting Office(GAO) concluded the U.S. government needs to coordinate its strategy forexpanding biofuels production with thedevelopment of infrastructure and production of flexible fuel vehicles (FFV).Those conclusions, released in June,were based on a yearlong study conducted by a team of 12 analysts, economists, attorneys, and report writers.
