Building a reputation as a specialist takes time and aptitude. Apollo Birmingham Ltd has long been seen as a specialist in the manufacture of aluminium and pvc residential and patio doors, but over the last 18 months the company's reputation has extended far beyond that. Following its launch last year; sales of a pvc vertical sliding window exceeded all expectations and prompted requests from customers for traditional pvc casements. With a large part of Apollo's customer base involved with the commercial sector; their aluminium portfolio has always included this type of product, particularly to the States, so the transition to pvc was certainly not seen as insurmountable.
