In Part One of his look at poinset-tias last month, Milhem looked at sales projections, and the necessary supplies. In concluding his review this month, he outlines the need for a good 'cookbook' and record-keeping. Making changes on paper is the easiest and least expensive method. Writing things down will trigger things you could have missed, It will enhance the commitment to making what you are writing happen, such as time management, labour management and most important, a common ground and meansof communication and discussion. A cookbook is to include the planting date, pinch date, spacing date, light on, light off and temperature adjustment.
