A study on correlation between accidents, drivers and cars

Accidents of vehicles depend on usage of the vehicles. A correlation analysis between the rate of fatal accident per car and the cansal factors showing vehicle usage was carried not using statistical accident data in Japan. The regression method was modified to adjust heteroskedasticity caused by the number of vehicle registered. Multiple regression analysis based on the weighted least-squares method was carried not It has been shown by the result that sex, age, and driving objectives through single car accidents have a significant effect on fatal accidents in sedan type small passenger cars.
