There remains a tremendous amount of uncertainty in the financial markets despite the 700 billion bailout bill that was passed last week by Congress. While all markets are currently in a downward trend, those in the midstream sector that GPR spoke with felt that the industry would be able to weather the current financial storm, especially MLPs.
