Chinese companies plan to start building an LNG terminal and gas pipeline in Pakistan next month for an estimated USD 2.5 billion, according to reports. The companies are expected to win construction contracts in November for an LNG terminal in Balochistan province in southwest Pakistan, along with the Pakistani section of a crossborder line to Iran.
