Petronas close to sealing deal to sell shale and LNG project stake to Indian Oil

Petronas is reportedly looking to sell a stake in its British Colombia (BC) shale acreage and Pacific NorthWest LNG project to Indian Oil Corp, with the Malaysian company looking to bring in an additional investor to share the cost of developing the shale gas which will be used for LNG exports.
