Massenza's drilling rigs are not produced in series but tailor-made according to the particular needs of the client. Continued research and development guarantees that the company designs new models every year, featuring both large and small innovations. The MI8 is one of Massenza's new designs; it will take the place of the MI6, introducing a new look coupled with many improvements. Besides the mast with 6.5 to 12t of pullback by gearbox, Massenza has designed a new mast with 8t pullback driven by a hydraulic cylinder.
