Linde revolutionises gas injection moulding with use of carbon dioxide

The Linde Group has transformed gas injection moulding (GIM) with a fresh shot of carbon dioxide (C02). The company revealed the results of its first plastic series production using the innovative PLASTINUM* GIM C system, which uses CO2 instead of the more common alternative, nitrogen (N2). The system indicated a significantly improved cooling capacity.
