Novamelt acquires remaining shares of US joint venture

GERMANY German adhesives firm Novamelt has acquired the remaining 49% share of Novamelt-Jowat LLC from partners Jowat Corporation and Jowat AG. Jim Auber, current general manager of the joint venture, is to be president of the new wholly-owned subsidiary, Novamelt Americas.The move will expand Novamelt's geographic reach to include all customers in North, Central, and South America. The purchase price was not disclosed.
