Smaller gains for HDPE sector

Better availability meant that HDPE prices rose by less than L/LDPE in September.While the high-density sector is still very short,plants are running at close to normal operating rates and there is now more capacity available than a few months ago.Furthermore,Asian HDPE prices are less attractive to European exporters.
