Rhodia to exit paper latex joint venture

Rhodia is selling its stakenin Latexia to Raisio Chemicals of Finland,the French group's partner in the 50:50 paper latex joint venture established just 18 months ago.The sale,which is due for completion this summer,also includes Rhodia's paper latex facilities not previously integrated into the JV,Rhodia announced 14 March.
