New Delhi, India - The Indian Government has imposed anti-dumping duties of between $0,084 (?0.060) -$0,423 per kilogram on imported carbon black used in the rubber industry. According to a notification from India's Central Board of Customs and Excise (cbec), the action was taken to protect India's domestic players from cheap shipments from China, Australia, Thailand and Russia.
