Anti-trust battles will have far-reaching effects

ERJ first told the rubber industry about in vestigations into anti-trust activities in rubber chemical sales in October 2002.Since then,we have reporteon similar investigations into EPDM,nitrile rubber,carbon black,peroxides and even urethane chemicals.These are some of the biggest,most importal stories in today's rubber industry,but while the vestigations are incomplete there is little that can be said,either by the companies themselves or by the investigating authorities.
