German firm acquires ICM Silicones

CHT Group (Tübingen, Germany) says it has acquired ICM Silicones Group (Cassopolis, Michigan) for an undisclosed amount. ICM Silicones produces silicone emulsions and silicone elastomers, and consists of two operating subsidiaries based in the United States, as well as subsidiaries in China, Italy, and the United Kingdom. The deal strengthens CHT's silicone specialties business, the company says.
