Hidradenoma papilliferum is an uncommon benign tumor that occurs primarily in the vulva or anogenital region of adult females. It usually originates from the apoc-rine sweat glands. Occasionally, hidradenoma papilliferum in non-anogenital areas has been reported and called "ectopic" hidradenoma papilliferum [1]. Interestingly, although hidradenoma papilliferum in the anogenital region was exclusively found in women, ectopic hidradenoma papilliferum was frequently found in men [1]. To our knowledge, there has been no reported case of hidradenoma papilliferum on the abdomen. We present here a rare hidradenoma papilliferum occurring on the abdomen.
