Hair colour products have been losing value and consumers for years in France, yet Garnier's new development is illuminating the sector. In what is seen as a ground breaking innovation in the home use colourant market, Olia (Garnier/L'Oreal), which joined the French market last October, is the first mass market hair colourant based on ODS (Oil Delivery System) technology. The technology was first used in L'Oreal Professionnel's Inoa range in 2009, an odourless, ammonia-free colourant product and a completely new innovation for salons.
